Prescription Refills

Please use the form below to request your prescription refill. This will save you time when picking up your order.

Orders received for medications by 1PM weekdays will be available after 4PM the FOLLOWING DAY. Orders received on Fridays and Saturdays will be available after 4PM on Monday. Holiday Mondays excepted.

Note: Some prescriptions will require your pet to be examined, or possibly have blood tests done prior to re-filling.

Some medications are brought in on special order for specific patients rather than being stocked routinely in our pharmacy. If this is the case for your pet we will make you aware of it. Please allow us up to a week to fill these medications.

If possible, please take the drug Name, Dosage, and Quantity directly from the previous prescription or package, and enter the prescription number in the Additional Comments field.
