Rachel was born in Toronto and has adored animals of all shapes and sizes from a young age. She findshelping pets and their families alike is a great way to spend her days.

As a Client Care Rep, Rachel’s days consist of interacting with pets and their humans, enticing dogs withbeef liver treats, keeping exam rooms stocked and tidy, taking orders, answering questions, andproviding comfort to our patients and clients.Rachel loves getting to spend time helping animals alongside a team that shares a common interest inloving and caring for animals. Prior to finding us at BCAH, she has mostly worked alongside animals andchildren, her two passions. Rachel used to work at a dog behavior facility which strengthened herinterest in veterinary medicine.

Rachel grew up with a family cat named Henrietta the Grumpy Kitty and a shepherd/lab mix namedPeggy. She has a cat of her own named Jiji and would love to have a rescue shepherd one day. Sheplayed competitive hockey growing up and is still a lover of fitness and sports. She also got a little plant-obsessed during the pandemic and loves learning about their anatomy as well.
