New clients whose pets have been to another veterinary hospital will be asked to have any records faxed to us before your appointment. This allows our veterinarians to review any past history your pet might have. The fax number is (416) 469-8247. Please contact your previous hospital and arrange for the records to arrive before you. This will avoid a long wait for you as we contact the hospital and ask for the records.
Parking
There is a “Green P” parking lot behind the hospital. Access to this lot is from Erindale Avenue, which runs east off of Broadview, north of Danforth Avenue. At rush hour you may not turn left on to Erindale.
There is also metered parking on Danforth Avenue in front of the hospital. Please be aware of the No Parking times and adhere to them as the enforcement is very strict.
Pay and Display parking is also available at the Loblaws just south of Danforth on Broadview.
