Unfortunately, as in humans, Dental Treatment can be costly. However, it is one of the most important things you can do to keep your cat or dog healthy and happy, and possibly even extend their life.

Minimize your Fees

The best way to minimize the expense of pet dentistry is to start regular dental care as soon as possible in the life of your dog or cat, and continue with regular home care and veterinary dental care. Regular care will keep each individual treatment to the minimum possible amount.

We have a downloadable handbook on brushing your pet’s teeth at home. Note that you should only start home brushing once your pet has had a veterinary dental exam to ensure that their teeth are healthy and clean. If you start home brushing while your pet has an existing problem and cause them pain, they will not tolerate it well, and in fact, may never tolerate it again.

The Fee Range

There are a number of factors involved in determining the fees for a Dental Cleaning & Exam on an individual pet. Many of those factors cannot be determined until the treatment is underway and your cat or dog’s mouth has been x-rayed. For this reason, Dental Treatment Fees are always given as a range.

We believe so strongly in the importance of dental treatment to your pet’s health that we have capped the maximum price on surgical extractions, no matter how many extractions your pet needs.

Our professional organization prohibits public advertising of fees, but we are more than happy to discuss our fee structure and range with you. Just give us a call or fill out the form below, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
